Rachel – Personal Trainer
Rachel brings over 18 years of experience to her work as a personal trainer, combining deep knowledge, practical expertise, and a genuinely caring approach to help clients move, feel, and live better. She believes fitness should be both purposeful and sustainable — built around real goals, real life, and meaningful progress.
Rachel graduated from the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI) in 2008 and holds an Associate Degree in General Studies from Piedmont Community College. She is certified through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and holds a Basic Nutrition Level 1 certification. Throughout her career, Rachel has continued to expand her knowledge through ongoing education in corrective exercise, osteoporosis training, youth fitness, women’s health, kettlebell training, BOSU, and TRX.
Her training style blends strength work with mobility and functional movement, helping clients build power while also improving how their bodies move and recover. Rachel is known for truly listening — she takes the time to understand each client’s goals, whether that’s increasing strength, returning from injury, improving energy, or building long-term health. From there, she creates thoughtful, customized programs designed to help clients reach meaningful milestones.
Clients appreciate Rachel’s steady encouragement and structured approach. She knows how to challenge people appropriately while keeping workouts engaging and aligned with long-term progress. Her goal isn’t just to deliver a great workout — it’s to help clients feel confident in what they’re capable of.
Outside the gym, Rachel and her husband are raising four daughters and serve as foster parents — a role that reflects her compassion, resilience, and commitment to showing up for others. That same heart carries into her work as a trainer: she leads with patience, care, and a genuine desire to help people grow stronger in every sense of the word.
At her core, Rachel believes fitness is about building strength that supports your life — and she’s passionate about guiding clients forward with intention, consistency, and encouragement.
