Drew brings a deeply personal, motivating, and relationship-driven approach to fitness, grounded in over 25 years of experience helping people build strength, confidence, and balance at every stage of life. As the owner of Bar-G Fitness, Drew is known not just for his expertise, but for the care, energy, and intention he brings to every client interaction.
Drew is a highly skilled trainer who believes workouts should be effective and engaging. His training style is creative, dynamic, and tailored — no cookie-cutter plans here. He takes the time to truly get to know each client, designing programs that meet them where they are while steadily challenging them to expect more from themselves and their bodies. Clients often describe his sessions as fun, motivating, and surprisingly empowering.
In 2009, Drew began practicing yoga as part of his own rehabilitation from back injuries, an experience that shaped his long-term philosophy around movement, balance, and injury-aware training. That foundation informs his work today, where strength and mobility go hand-in-hand, and progress is built sustainably — not rushed.
Drew has a particular gift for helping clients feel capable and confident both inside and outside the gym. His teaching style emphasizes education and encouragement, empowering clients to move well on their own, not just during training sessions. Whether someone is building muscle, improving balance, or simply trying to feel better day to day, Drew meets them with enthusiasm, accountability, and genuine care.
Outside the gym, Drew is a proud dad to two boys and brings that same sense of patience, leadership, and heart into his work.
