Aaron Hackett

Aaron — Personal Trainer

Aaron brings a uniquely well-rounded and compassionate approach to training, blending strength, recovery, and mindful movement to help clients feel stronger, safer, and more confident in their bodies.

He began his career in 2014 as a massage therapist and later became a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer. Along the way, Aaron developed extensive experience in pain management, recovery-focused training, and alternative movement practices. His background includes cupping therapy (myofascial decompression), Reiki, craniosacral therapy, and an interest in Tai Chi and martial arts.

Aaron also has personal experience navigating multiple surgeries and credits physical therapy as the foundation of his long-term recovery. That lived experience strongly informs his work today — especially his passion for helping clients who are in pain, returning from injury, or rebuilding trust in their bodies.

Outside the gym, Aaron is deeply connected to the outdoors. He teaches outdoor and wilderness survival skills to both kids and adults, works in conservation, and serves as an outdoor education teacher. He currently leads balance and mindful movement classes, as well as pain management and gentle strengthening sessions.

Aaron believes fitness should support real life — whether that means moving without pain, building sustainable strength, or simply feeling better in your body day to day. He’s especially passionate about meeting clients where they are and guiding them forward with intention, patience, and care.
